In number 245 of prestigious magazine Vino + Gastronomía, you can find a wide and interesting article about Vermouth “The perfect aperitif since XVIII century”. 
 
To complete the article, the review included a tasting notebook and selected 11 vermouths from different countries between which our VERMOUTH ARTESANO CRUZ CONDE PREMIUM.

Thanks Adam. The whole ’2 posts in one day’ thing is totally unplanned. I pretty much randomly post whenever I feel compelled to do so&c8230;whi#h might be twice a week or twice a day. I’ve tried pre-planning posts before, but it’s not as fun that way

Miss Mojito!Wouldn't you know that when in Rome (just a few days ago sigh), Mr. S&C ordered a Negroni only to have the waetir tell us he couldn't find the gin (Italians don't seem to be big cocktail drinkers). He offered an alternative similar to your Sparkling Campari Cocktail (with the addition of sweet vermouth). It was so good! Especially since the Negroni is such a boozy drink
