    Production process:
    Special wine for cooking, made by oxidative aging from aged Pedro Ximenez grape wines with D.O. Montilla-Moriles.
    Tasting notes:
    Generous wine with a mahogany and amber color, with bright flashes of green and hints of fine woods. Aroma: characteristic notes of the Pedro Ximénez variety, as well as aromas of coffee and dried fruits such as walnuts.
    Ideal for cooking soups, fried foods, vegetables, grilled fish and meats.
