Made from the distillation of young and fruity white wines, healthy and clean
with body and low acidity, to obtain the best holandas and distillates. Subsequently subjected to prolonged
aging through the traditional Criaderas and Soleras system.
Aging:
Through the traditional system of Criaderas and Solera for no less than 7 years
in American oak butts, from our founding soleras.
Tasting notes:
Amber color with golden reflections, with deep aromas typical of fine brandies. Delicate palate of nuts and oak,
smooth, very balanced in the mouth, long and slightly bitter at the end
Obtained from the distillation of white and fruity wines with body and low acidity, to obtain the best holadas and distillates.
It is subsequently aged for no less than 15 months in American oak barrels, which have previously contained fine wines from Montilla.
Aging:
Aging by the traditional system of Criaderas and soleras in American oak barrels seasoned for years with fine wines of
the highest quality.
Tasting notes:
Dark iodized color with mahogany reflections. On the nose it has complex and deep aromas with notes of oak and dried fruits. In the mouth it is intense,
broad and very persistent on the palate with nuances of old oak.
