RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
How our returns policy works
In this returns policy, we explain how to request a return or refund for an order placed in the Bodegas Cruz Conde online shop, which deadlines apply and what steps you need to follow.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of taking physical possession of the products, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:
- The Product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must be returned with its instructions, documentation, accessories and seals, and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.
- The return must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that ensures the Products are returned in perfect condition.
- In the event of incorrect or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bodegascruzconde.es so that we can rectify the error, and we will offer you the various options available to meet your needs.
Request a return by emailing info@bodegascruzconde.es, stating your order number and the reason for returning the item.
Once we have received your return request, the steps to follow are:
Mark the products to be returned on the delivery note for your purchase. If you cannot find the delivery note, we can send you another copy.
Send us the product(s) to be returned within 14 calendar days of the date on which you notified us of your intention to return them.
You must pack the product(s) in the same protective box in which you received them, or in one of similar characteristics.
Enclose the delivery note inside.
